After two failed umbilical hernia repairs, this beautiful 52-year-old mom came to see us ready to feel like herself again. Her goals were simple but powerful: regain her core strength, return to an active lifestyle, and feel confident in her body. 

Now, just nine months later, she has a strong, functional core, a flat abdomen, and—most importantly—no more hernias.
