Breast Reconstruction Case 2

Gender
Female

Description

This patient, a breast cancer survivor, underwent a bilateral breast reconstruction with silicone breast implants in a two-stage process. During the initial surgery, a bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy was performed, and bilateral tissue expanders with Alloderm were placed. Expansion was carried out in the office, and approximately three months after the initial procedure, she underwent a short 1.30 surgery where the expanders were removed and replaced with silicone breast implants. Fat grafting was also used to enhance the results. Two years later, her outcome remains stable and symmetrical, showcasing the beautiful results achieved.
